5 Home Remedies for Bronchitis

Track running is a sport that is normally only for people with a healthy respiratory system. Oregano oil is available in capsule or liquid form.

Garlic contains a compound called allicin which has powerful antibacterial and antiviral properties. As remedy for bronchitis, finely chop organic garlic and mix it with raw honey. Directly swallow the mixture without chewing. Take this mixture twice daily until the symptoms subside.
